We had our son's 4th birthday at Minimugs and the experience was stress free leading up to the party and on the day ☺️ The staff are absolutely amazing and so helpful with organising and making sure the party ran smoothly. There was a variety of food for the kids included in the package: sandwiches, berries, grapes, cucumber, carrot sticks, baby bell cheese, yoghurts, crisps, party rings. Along with squash as a drink. All the children really enjoyed the playing area, I love that there is a space for the younger babies too with soft blocks and toys. The service was amazing from start to finish ❤️ At a lot of children's play villages/soft plays the food isn't that good but Minimugs food is absolutely delicious and the quality is outstanding. Thank you for making our son's birthday unforgettable 💙.

We had the best time for my son's 3rd birthday! It was such a good party. The kids all had so much fun playing together. The buffet was brilliant and they all tucked in and such lovely touches like the shaped sandwiches. They staff were so lovely and helpful, and made it really stress free. Can't thank you enough!!! X

We had our daughter’s first birthday here and I cannot recommend it enough! Lisa went above and beyond, helping us set up, making sure we were okay and all the children had what they needed! The play area was clean and tidy, well looked after not too big so the little ones weren’t too overwhelmed with it all. friendly staff happy to serve if needed anything! We will defo be back for more visits as she grows older! Thankyou again for a smoothly ran birthday party!

I visited here with my 2.5 year old daughter and 8 month old son today. I was really impressed by the attentiveness of the staff member in charge. She allocated us a spacious table where we could leave our belongings, and when I was feeding my son, she offered to bring me water over which was very considerate. The coffee was delicious too!

Took my son to Mini Mugs for the first time and we had such a lovely experience 😊 We were warmly greeted by Lisa on arrival, who let us in through the secure (locked) doors — such a reassuring touch. She took the time to orient us to the space, which made us feel really comfortable straight away. The environment was clean, not overcrowded, and had a really welcoming atmosphere throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe and friendly place to visit with their little ones!
