Had such a lovely visit to Claudie’s this morning - beautifully clean, friendly staff and superb facilities. In addition to the usual slides and ball pits they also have a small sensory space, play kitchen, books and dressing up costumes. This makes it an excellent space for younger children who may not be walking independently. Parking was also safe, easy and importantly, right outside the building. Unfortunately, I didn’t get around to sampling any food or drinks, but the menus looked excellent, and I look forward to getting the chance on our next visit.

Great well designed space. Lovely staff who are always smiling! Super clean, in fact I can say it’s the cleanest soft play I’ve ever stepped foot in. Loads for little ones to do with the extra lego and toys which is great for the under 2’s. The coffee is very nice (which is a pleasant surprise for a soft play). Brilliant when they bring out characters in big costumes like bing it’s very fun for little ones. I wish they were open 7 days a week. Absolutely deserve 5*s

Fantastic. I rocked up today with my children as it was near where we were visiting. We aren’t from the area so hadn’t even crossed my mind to look on the website and see I needed to book with it being half term. The ladies there were so accommodating and let my boys play, even though it would slightly cross over into the next session. The boys got back and already want to come again tomorrow if we have time or even if we come up this way again in the future. Lovely facilities, nice and clean and tasty food and drink. Thank you for having us :)

The service was really lovely today. Staff were kind and considerate. I'm normally reluctant going to soft plays but it was clean, tidy and just had a lovely atmosphere. Thank you!

A great first experience with soft play, we were booked in to first slot (12:30pm). Very clean and felt confident letting my little boy crawl (roll) around! Staff really friendly and welcoming and met some lovely Mums. Latte was great and my mother in law enjoyed her milkshake… Food was a bit of a miss.. just not our thing, probably wouldn’t order food next time! Had a lovely time though so will return and would recommend to other Mums!
