Rainforest Rascals Soft Play

We attended today and was thoroughly impressed. My little one loved it so much, he is only 15 months but that didn’t stop him having an absolute blast. The under 2 area was such a good size for him and allowed him the space he needed to move and play. He did get a bit confident and enjoyed exploring the bigger side and had just as much fun! The soft play isn't the biggest but that's what makes it so good, it's not overwhelming which I loved! The ability to have a coffee and just take 5 mins whilst my little one was in eyesight the entire time was just what I needed. The 5* rating though is due to the staff on shift. We didn't catch her name but she was absolutely lovely, she made us feel very welcome and comfortable there. The food was incredible and I was buzzing to find out we can order from Blnded just down the road, it definitely topped off the experience for us.

I had such a fantastic experience at Rainforest Rascals! From the moment we arrived, the customer service stood out—the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The person at the front desk in particular made a great first impression, greeting us with warmth and making us feel right at home. The kids’ play area was absolutely top notch. It was clean, well-organized, and full of fun activities that kept the children entertained the entire time. You can really tell that a lot of thought has gone into creating a safe and exciting environment for kids. Overall, it was a brilliant visit and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rainforest Rascals to other families. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I just want to say thank you for the birthday party for my two daughters today, all of our guests enjoyed it, the adults and the children. We come here quite often, it was the first time we had booked a party. The food was good, we got the choice to add ice cream on to the package when I was laising with Neil before hand. He was accommodating and answered any questions I had. I don't think some of the reviews on here are very fair because the staff are doing there best, it's a nice spot, nice soft play, and facilities. I have been to smaller soft plays so I don't see how people can say it's crowded. We had plenty of room and we had 14 children attend, and the general public were also still coming in. There were places to sit, get a drink and have a chat, the children really enjoyed it. There is also a little toy sale by the entrance which my children like to look at. The adults that were in our party said they had not been before and they enjoyed it. So Thanks again we will be back. Becky X

Nice soft play with separate areas area for 0-3 and 3+ age groups. When we visited on a Sunday morning it was quiet which was good for our 1 year old. Some of the younger area was a bit hard for our child to access but she is young. However a few extra steps would help the age group they are targeting. The centre sells itself as a soft play and cafe. They succeed as one of these. The coffee was on a par with cheap machine coffee and not worth the main chain coffee prices they charge.

We visited today with our 2 year old and she loved it! It’s so nice to have somewhere to take her which is local, fairly priced and suitable for the smaller children. It’s lovely and bright and clean inside and the play areas are great for them to climb and explore. There’s a great range of food and drinks which are fairly priced, the waffles are 10/10. We can’t wait to come back!
