We came for a Toddler morning, The staff were very friendly and the prices were very reasonable! A coffee included in the price and free juice and biscuits! We've been to so any soft plays and they don't offer this. You are welcome to stay all day unless it's busy. We all ordered lunch and it was delicious fresh and tasty. The omelette was lovely and very cheesy chips! The soft play is a medium size perfect for toddlers and easy for adults to not stress about losing their child I find larger soft plays overwhelming and stressful because I'm trying to keep tabs on my child. The staff again were so lovely and accommodated our request and were super friendly and helpful. Price wise it's very competitive. No need to book online and potentially you can stay all day so great value for money! Hot drinks are cheaper than every other soft play I've been to and a good selection of food available. We came before I had a hospital appointment in Coventry and came over a hour and I'm really glad we stopped off here. Definitely one of the nicer soft plays we've been to. The staff were constantly cleaning and vacuuming whilst we were here.

This was my second year I celebrated my children's birthday party here. Last year, I was extremely impressed with the assistance provided by the host assigned to us. She was kind and considerate and took care of everything from banner fitment to coordinationwith kids a d helping with serving and coping up drinks for kids. We gave 5 star rating and decided to host following year in same place. This year, there were 2 women alternatively assigned. If i ask one, she was asking me to go ask the other. One was treating me like her assistant to bring the kids to the table and put banner. The other was rude to kids during cake distribution. The location and the facility is amazing to revisit. Food is great. The place is tidy and kids love the variety of games . But hosting a party mindset is withdrawn due to the experience we had. Thanks!

Okay play space. Pretty bad food and drink. I came here with my 10 month old daughter. Firstly, pricing for a 10-month old is ridiculous. It says "less than 10 months" is free, and then "11 months to 4 years" is something like £6. To anyone with a maths GCSE, they will realise neither of those age brackets include a child who is actually 10 months but not yet 11 months. Anyhow, the actual play space is okay. I was in the under 1 year section which is pretty small. See my picture attached. But it kept my little one entertained for a couple of hours. We did also nip briefly into the under 4 section and use the little tykes cars as it was empty. That is a unique section thst Iver never seen at another soft play. There was like a "tunnel" loop that the little tykes cars could go round. The older section looked good but obviously we didn't use it. I ordered coffee but it was dreadful. It was worse than supermarket instant coffee. Not worthy of a cafe. There were no fresh cakes or cookies or anything so I had a bowl of chips. They weren't anything special either. No offer of sauces or salt. They were hot, but a bit soggy. The place was clean though, and looked cared for. I suppose it's worth a visit if you live nearby, but I won't be rushing back anytime too soon.

Booked a party here for my daughter's 5th birthday - absolutely superb. Jam Jam's does everything for you, the softplay is clean, the staff are excellent and the whole thing was really well-organised. We loved the party area we had, and the tea & coffee vouchers, there was more than enough food and the kids had a great time. Have to say the ice cream cake was one of the best birthday cakes we've ever had at a kid's party! Thank you so much for having us, Willow had a blast and we really appreciated how stress-free it was 😊

Very poor service and we were verbally abused and threatened by the Eastern European dark haired young lady staff member here in front of our and other children and parents when we were leaving after the morning soft play session ended. We were verbally abused by the eastern European lady that works here and when we asked her for her name to so we could make a complaint unbelievably she flat out refused to provide it. If the actually owner of this business is reading this, then I urge them to investigate because this level of customer service is completely unacceptable Especially swearing in front of other children in such a place it’s quite unbelievable how this employee had the audacity to refuse to give her name any reputable organisation in the UK ensures that their employees Must provide their name should a customer service issue occur however this Eastern European Lady must’ve known that there was no accountability from the owner therefore flat out refused to give it. We were also threatened had our car registration number and our postcode which we provided in the book on entry. Suggesting that something would happen the following day. We were told, “don’t worry tomorrow you’ll find out”. Nothing happened in the end but this author the behaviour without even providing your name to make a complaint is dangerous and unacceptable. Other reviews seem to show that the manager of this soft place Centre usually covers up for any bad reviews and replies to the negative review by usually putting the blame on the person leaving the review however I urge the OWNER of this business themselves to actually read these reviews and investigate to protect other people such as ourselves From this sort of trauma going forward. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere in any business anywhere in the world. EDIT:- Objectively, no part of this review was ‘xenophobic’. The simple fact is since this member of staff refused to provide their name there is no other way to identify this member of staff other than her unusual accent. To clarify, the term ‘Eastern European was used in the review. In addition, as stated in the original review, it seems that the management have again turned a negative review back to on to the person leaving the negative review and completely ignoring the fact that their staff refused to provide their name when asked which is completely unacceptable. Once again, I urge the actual owner of this business to ensure to investigate the practices of their staff and the manager they have appointed in order to safeguard future customers. Completely unacceptable behaviour from this employee and the response shows the lack of accountability and deeply concerning lack of professionalism from management. Your employee not providing your name to a customer when they want to make a complaint - UNACCEPTABLE. Your employee making threats to customers - UNACCEPTABLE. That’s what is really deeply concerning. Clearly another excuse here from the manager here to deflect from the unacceptable behaviour of the member of staff they have employed and that they manage (read all the other negative reviews and responses from the ‘management’). A complete and utter discredit to the industry.
