Flip Out Coventry

My son recently had his 10th birthday party here and we had a great experience. The customer service was lovely, there were lots of fun activities for the children, and the party package was reasonably priced. The kids had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend it as an easy, fun, and stress-free birthday party option. The only thing I would mention is that we were told we would have access to the party room for 30 minutes while the children ate, but we later found out we could have had it for the entire first session we had booked. Had we known this, we would have decorated the room and brought the birthday cake in there too. I'm not sure if this depends on how busy bookings are, but it's worth clarifying beforehand. I would also suggest double-checking food orders, as a few children didn't receive their chosen meal. Additionally, if guests don't attend, it would be nice if their pre-ordered meals could be offered to the other children in case they would like extra. The Asian gentleman who was on Reception gave amazing customer service and was incredibly helpful and informative. The rest of the staff upstairs looked like they didn't want to be there! Lovely venue with some much for the children to do. My only real criticisms are that there was a few bits of rubbish (crisp / chocolate wrappers) lying around the venue, and the roller skates were all thrown on the floor rather in their cubbies which made it impossible to find any matching sizes. (More than in picture, all over the mat too but didn't want to take a photo as there were children there) Other than that, it is a fantastic place to take kids of all ages and big kids too. As spectators, you are also permitted to walk around the activities with your children which is great. The ninja playground was a firm favourite! Could do with another small cafe or vending machine upstairs, as there is a lot of stairs to go down if you are basing yourselves upstairs and want to grab a drink as it is quite warm in there.

We make a 8th birthday party here. Everything was perfect. Kids enjoyed all the activities. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Big shout out to the guy food Kamron. Respectful and Polite. He was also very understanding when asking questions I didn’t know. It was a very exciting experience and flip out has also showed a lot of thought about how it is for kids of all ages being involved in activities.

We had an absolute blast at Flip Out yesterday. Our first time to this venue and it was so much fun. Loads of activities in one place, really clean, great music and easy parking.
