Fantastic Birthday Party Experience! We celebrated our son’s 4th birthday at Dino Soft Play Centre, and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly caring, friendly, and full of energy—even at 6 PM, they were still going strong and making sure everything ran smoothly. If you have a little one or a toddler, I highly recommend this place! It’s perfectly designed for parties up to 5 years old, with a fun and safe environment that keeps the kids entertained the whole time. A special shout-out to Charlotte, who was so helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my emails quickly and made everything super easy for us. Thank you, Dino Soft Play, for a fantastic experience—we’ll definitely be back!

The play area itself is good for children, but unfortunately our experience was let down by the staff, who were quite rude and unhelpful. Before entering the soft play area, there is no way to see whether any seating is available, which makes things difficult for first-time visitors. We booked a two-hour session for our little one, including entry for two adults and an additional child, expecting to sit comfortably and enjoy a coffee while our child played. However, once inside, we found there was no seating available at all — no chairs or tables. We even struggled to find a suitable place to keep our jackets and bags and had to leave them in a random spot near the toilets. When we asked if we could step outside the play area to sit somewhere else, we were told that we could not leave our child unattended, which is understandable. However, when we then asked if any chairs could be provided, there was still no solution offered. At the very least, guests should be informed beforehand if the venue is overcrowded, so they can decide whether they want to enter or wait. Sadly, the attitude and communication style of the two reception staff members made the situation worse. A more polite, understanding, and welcoming approach would greatly improve the overall experience.

Came here with my 2 year old for the very first time. Its a small soft play facility, reasonable for the price but hygiene levels and safety is below par. I think the number of kids need to be capped to provide adequate space for play. Overall decent, but needs renovating.

Went here today Sunday 25th January with my 2yr old son. I'd never been before. There are 2 sections to the soft play 1. 18 months to 3yrs old. 2. 3yrs old and above. I was a little disappointed with the fact that each area was not fenced off. Because I witnessed so many older kids about 7/8yr old in the baby area. I flagged it up to the staff or did walk around explaining the rules to the parents/ grandparents. But straight away I saw the same kids in there again. And all the parents were busy either chatting to their friends or on their phone. I even saw some parents in the baby section with their kids. To all the other parents, Have some consideration for others. Pay attention to the rules and watch your kids.
