Bella Boos

We had such a lovely experience at Bella Boos in Fulham! Our first time here and loved it. The space is bright, colourful, and really thoughtfully designed for younger children. My little one was completely entertained from start to finish. It’s the perfect size for keeping an eye on them while still letting them explore and have fun. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive, which made a big difference. I also really appreciated the café side, being able to sit down with a good coffee while the kids play is a huge plus. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone with young children looking for a relaxed and fun outing.

Very disappointed with our experience at Bella Boo’s Ice Cream Shop. The staff were extremely rude when we tried to order. There was no customer service at all, and the atmosphere felt very unwelcoming because of the staff’s behaviour. We were sitting at a table waiting to order, but instead of politely explaining there was no table service, a staff member shouted at us to come and order at the counter. Her attitude was very rude and disrespectful. I brought my mother, who is currently admitted to the hospital opposite the shop, because she wanted some ice cream, but after the way we were treated, we decided to leave immediately. We will not be coming back. Very upsetting experience and definitely not welcoming to customers.

Had the best party ever there on Saturday. Such lovely staff, let all my friends and family have such a great time, supported us with the party, very kind and caring which made the day. Great food and snacks all reasonably priced. My child, friends and family all loved the space and party. Thank you so much for such a great day. We were all buzzing when we left.

I recently held my 5 year old daughter’s birthday party at Bella Boo’s. We had 25 kids and 29 adults and everyone had a great time! The kids loved the super fun soft play space downstairs and the adults enjoyed catching up in the pretty upstairs area. We used Bella Boo’s recommendations for entertainment (My Magical Parties) decorations (Flurdils) and face painting (Glitter Girl London). All of the suppliers exceeded expectations and Sally and Amanda from Bella Boo’s were amazing on the day. My daughter has already asked for her next birthday to be at Bella Boo’s!

We had our daughters birthday party at the Softplay and it was a perfect set up. BellaBoos provided the food and organised the kids chairs and tables, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. The kids had a blast !
