Owls is a big soft play with a variety of slides and areas for different aged children. The space for eating means you can readily spend a couple of hours playing and having something to eat. However I've given 2 stars because of the cleanliness. It is mostly clean enough though there is a fair bit of dust about. Staff use a cordless vacuum to clean sometimes but from the times I've seen they tend to do a cursory clean and wait for the battery to run out instead of taking some pride in cleaning more dusty areas. At around 11-12pm on 06/03/26 a child wet herself on the upper floor above a ball pit at the back left by the toddlers slide. Urine came through the floor/ceiling to the the ball pit where we were, covering all the balls in urine. Urine was then walked through the soft play as the child went to the bathroom. The staff gave a spray bottle and paper towels to the child's guardian and left it at that, who tried their best but wasn't going to be able to clean it all thoroughly. The area wasn't cordoned off and children were just allowed to play in the urine affected area. The balls in the ball pit still had urine over them. While staff may or may not be covered to clean bodily fluids, it shows no care for the hygiene of the space and welfare of the children within it.

Great for rainy days. My boys love this soft play. Visited many times. 3 stars for my kids, minus 2 stars for to pay 80p for 30ml of oat milk for my Americano. I would have oat flat white and happily pay but coffee comes from the automatic machine so there is no option. Taking coffee from home next time ♥️ 50% staff is very friendly 50% is the opposite 🥸

We visited Owls over the weekend and it was extremely busy. By the time we left, there was a queue stretching outside, and with multiple parties taking place the environment felt very chaotic. One major concern was the lack of separation between the baby/toddler area and the section for older children. There are no gates or barriers, which is worrying when you have a young toddler. Our child ran into the larger play area where older children were running around and was pushed over. The open layout also makes it very easy to lose sight of small children. There didn’t appear to be any staff monitoring the soft play areas, and the main reason for my one‑star rating is the lack of safeguarding. There was no staff member supervising the exit gate. When we were leaving, a little girl walked out on her own with no adult. Thankfully I noticed she wasn’t with the family ahead of us, asked where her parents were, and took her back inside where she was reunited with her mum. This was extremely alarming given how busy it was and the complete lack of supervision at the exit. Unfortunately, due to these safety concerns, I won’t be returning for a long time.

For the MANAGEMENT: Guys please reorganise the place it is soo dirty at the moment i couldn’t even sit down with my kid. Lots of hair on every each corner at the babies area and also everywhere and is honestly too dirty floors are too sticky. I spent 2h no one came to clean the tables around or the waste for under the tables. It’s been 6 years then we are coming here but the place has gone down a lot. Please hover and clean the kids areas at least. Thank you.

Kids had a good time here. It was much cleaner than it used to be which was a relief. Can get a bit wild here with so many kids so you need to keep a close eye on little ones. And other parents, please supervise the bigger ones too. You can’t book in advance and you need to pay for parking.
