This is a great place to bring toddlers and little children. The customer service is really good and the price is great. It's only £4 per child for 2 hours. Adults can have food and tea, too. There's a cafe in here too. It's a great place for kids on a rainy day. Just outside here is Central Park, which has a great little play area. I recommend you visit it.

The place and staff are great. I really liked that you can have food and drinks there, even wine if you want, which makes it enjoyable for parents too. The only downside was that I chose this venue because it’s advertised for small children, stating that “all children must be no taller than 1.34 m when using the children’s soft play area (approximately 8 years old).” However, during my visit there were older and bigger children using the play area. To be clear, the older children were behaving well, but when they were running around or throwing balls to each other, it felt unsafe for my toddler to play freely. Smaller children, especially toddlers, could easily get hurt in that situation. Some of the bigger kids were also sitting and taking up space in areas that are meant for toddlers to play, which made it harder for the little ones to use the facilities safely. Only reason im still giving 5 starts was staff! Had amazing customer service.

After we'd arrived and paid, were told that our group couldn't sit anywhere in the soft play area because it had been booked out for a birthday party. One member of staff told us that we needed to leave so the group having a party could use all the tables and set up decorations. We were told by the staff that they couldn't help us with anywhere to sit because they were too busy dealing with the "priority guests". Really offensive that some guests are considered higher priority over others. Won't be coming back. To anyone who reads this, don't bother going, save your money and go somewhere that values you.

I absolutely love this place! The food is delicious, especially the pizzas - a culinary masterpiece!!! A perfect balance of flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients. The staff is incredibly friendly, making every visit a delight. Highly recommend it for anyone craving top-notch pizza and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

We hosted a ticketed event last Friday at the events venue of My Place, the venue was kitted out with the latest technology, safe, clean, newly decorated, absolutely a value for money, very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and patient, Ian the venue manager spent a lot of time helping us through the process esp with equipment and setting up. Smiley, friendly, approachable, very patient and very accommodating, everything went so smoothly thanks to Ian and the team. Five star review 👍
