Hesan was an outstanding member of staff. He really made my daughter feel welcome and went above and beyond. He showed her around. She was really anxious to use the bumper cars but he showed her how to use it and made her more relaxed. Hesan is the reason I will definitely return with my daughter again in Canary Wharf. He is absolute legend.

Marriam A . made our time at Flip Out so much fun! (In bumper cars and crazy karts ) She was energetic, friendly, and got everyone involved in different activities. We all had a great time thanks to her enthusiasm and positive vibes!

Marissa and her team were helpful and professional and friendly on arrival. The facilities are great we had a lot if fun for the whole family it’s worth the price. We were there for 3 hours. Good clean facilities loads of activities we look forward to visiting again

Great place, endless fun for the kids. Staff are really helpful. Only issue we had was it was freezing cold in this place! Especially the soft play area where the under 5s are supposed to play. Despite running around and “warming up” our kids’ hands and feet were ice cold. Spoke to staff about air con/heating (as did other parents there) but apparently there was nothing that can be done. Kids had an absolute blast though, plenty of space and things to do to keep them busy and happy for hours on end. Worth the price too in comparison to similar places. Would recommend and would definitely go again.

Lauren is amazing! She’s extremely hard working and very kind. Excellent representative, always smiling, good intellectual conversation and positive energy. She also makes an excellent coffee! Its staff like Lauren that make FlipOut Canary Wharf worth visiting, it’s good to know that capable staff are around. It’s extremely busy and she held down the kiosk alone. The venue has many different activities for children to participate in. Football, Laser Tag, soft play, roller skating, carts, etc Would highly recommend a visit the FlipOut Canary Wharf.
